Places content policy

Every video on Places is made by a real visitor and paid for by the venue through Promote. We say so at the top of every venue and video page.

What we show

• What visitors filmed and said, in their own words, with the date.
• Only videos we have accepted, and only venues that have agreed to appear.
• A visitor's name or handle only if they chose to share it.

What we never show

• Star ratings, scores or review counts presented as ratings.
• "Best" or "top" rankings. Lists are ordered by distance or date only.

Content rules

Videos must be filmed by the visitor at the venue, must not be misleading, must not contain anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in a recognisable way, and must not include hateful, unsafe or illegal content.

See our takedown policy for how content is removed. Questions: support@promote.io.
