Places takedown policy

We only remove a video or comment from Places when:

• it breaks our content rules, or
• the visitor who made it, or the venue, makes a privacy request (for example, someone recognisable didn't agree to appear).

We never remove content because a venue doesn't like what a visitor said.

How to ask

Email support@promote.io with the page link and the reason. We aim to reply within five working days and will tell you what we decided and why.
